Sentiero 234: Zorzone - Bivacco MAGA - Monte Menna

From Zorzone (1019 m – a hamlet of Oltre il Colle) go up to the north - in the woods - along the left orographic side of Carnera valley. Arrived at an altitude of 1300 m about, cross the valley and continue on the other side. The track continues to rise in the woods to the Mattuida farmhouse (1470 m) and, to rough grazing, it continues to gain altitude along Carnera valley. With one last steep climb, you arrive at M.A.G.A. bivouac (also called Palazzi refuge, 2005 m). Turn right (east) and go up the ridge to an altitude of 2150 m. Then turn north and climb the crest until the summit of M. Menna (2299 m – junction with path n° 235 trail that descends to Roncobello).
