Baita Lago Nero

Baita Lago Nero” Hut is located on the shores of Lake Canali at an altitude of 1997 m, in the Aviasco lakes area. It is located in a part of the Orobie rich of artificial basins (Lake Nero, Lake Aviasco, Campelli lakes, Lake Cernello and Lake Sucotto) and nice mountains not too demanding such as Mount Cabianca and Mount Pradella. In addition, the Baita is easily reached starting from other Mountain Huts such as “Rifugio Laghi Gemelli” Hut and “Rifugio Calvi” Hut, allowing a variety of excursions in a particularly evocative environment. It is managed by the Alta Valle Seriana CAI Subsection, located in Ardesio.

The baita is managed by the Ardesio section of the Italian Alpine Club (CAI).
