"Baita Monte Alto" Hut is located at 1380 m of altitude in a quiet and panoramic area and is managed by the Valgandino CAI subsection.
Its environment is the point of arrival and departure for easy and very rewarding hiking itineraries, recommended for families and youth Mountaineering groups as well as support point of long trekkings.
Outside the Baita, your sight can range to 360° offering the view of the nearby Bergamo Alps and Brescia Alps up to the far Mount Adamello.
"Baita Monte Alto" Hut can be reached by numerous itineraries and is located at the center of the “Traversata tra i pizzi della Valgandino” , a 30 km trail betwen Valgandino mountains. It offers hospitality, cuisine and platters of typical products. It offers full meals and platters of local products.
