This trail is called “the five lakes ring” and is described here clockwise. In autumn 2015, the track has been modified in the first stretch to the Casere lake. Starting from Laghi Gemelli Refuge (1961 m) goes down to the Casere lake following the "new" trail running along the entire southern shore until the dam, joining the path n° 212 that rises from Branzi. Proceed now to the Marcio lake (crossing the path n° 211, path n° 212 and path n° 213). Walk along the right shore of the lake (east) and then climb up to reach the “del Becco” lake (1872 m). Walk along the south bank of the lake. The path turns southeast then, and climbs - high over the Borleggia creek - towards Colombo Lake. Cross the dam (2051 m) and go down to the track that bring back to the Gemelli Lakes and to Laghi Gemelli Refuge (1961 m).
