Descrizione
Starting from Rifugio Laghi Gemelli (Hut) (1968 m) cross the dam of the Gemelli Lakes. Turn left and climb up to Colombo Lake and cross the dam (on the left the 250 path leads to the Becco Lake) Walk along the right orographic shore (due to the maintenance works of the dam, could be necessary to follow a deviation that leads to the other side of the valley before to reach the lake). At the end, leave the lake, climb up to the pass that overlooks the “dei Frati” Valley (2300 m - crossing with 236 path). Follow for a short stretch and you get the Aviasco Pass (2289 m – crossing with 229 path leading to Aviasco lake).

Note
Sometimes you can find the plural form: "the passes of Aviasco", thus distinguishing the two saddles as Eastern Aviasco pass and Western Aviasco pass. The two saddles, anyway, are almost at the same altitude, separated by only 300 m and connected by a path.
